With the average person who uses the internet, they never cease to be amazed at the ever-changing technology which seems to make it better. One of the common uses of the internet that has grown in popularity is shopping online. One of the reasons why it is a favourite of many is because it is such an easy and convenient way to buy. Just when one thinks that it can’t get any better, new technology comes along, that may change the way that shoppers online are using it for their shopping experience
Shop From Ads
As most are aware, Google is a leader in many different forms of technology when it comes to making the internet convenient. One of the ways they are now attempting to apply new technology is to be able to shop through ad interfaces.
Basically, the concept here is to make ads appear as a digital shopping catalogue. Now, instead of the ad being used to drive shoppers to a purchase platform, shoppers may be able to make the purchase right from the ad interface itself.
What they will see, is that there will be a price tag on ads which apply to this service. Along with this, there will be the other type of information that is often offered during the purchase of a product. From that point on, all it will take is for the shopper to merely use the price tag icon to take them to the websites where they can place their order.
The Learning Phase
As with all technology, it often starts out in a beta phase, which is the learning stage. This is the time when the companies doing this type of promoting or testing a new idea or project will get their feedback. Currently, there is a limited offering of this new ad shopping method, but there are some who are keenly looking forward to it being more widespread and commonplace.
